Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Coordinate daily work activities, manage material deliveries, and maintain accurate site logs regarding weather, manpower, and completed work.
- Safety Enforcement: Conduct daily safety briefings, enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and eliminate on-site hazards.
- Quality Control: Inspect work-in-progress and materials to ensure they strictly adhere to blueprints, safety guidelines, and company standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage and direct on-site employees and subcontractors, resolving field conflicts and ensuring teams hit daily productivity targets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
