Key Responsibilities
- Administer Windows systems and Microsoft 365 services.
- Manage Azure/Entra ID and basic AWS operations.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
- Monitor endpoint security, patch management, and system performance.
- Provide L1/L2 technical support and resolve infrastructure issues.
- Maintain IT documentation and support compliance activities.
