Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Revenue Manager who will be responsible for maximizing occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and overall revenue across our portfolio.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing OTA channels, dynamic pricing, inventory distribution, and revenue analytics for hotels, serviced apartments, or vacation rentals.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Management
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies.
- Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue trends.
- Forecast demand and adjust pricing accordingly.
- Analyze competitor pricing and market trends.
- Maximize overall portfolio profitability.
OTA & Channel Management
- Manage Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Goibibo, Expedia, etc.
- Optimize listings for better visibility and conversion.
- Manage promotions and special offers.
- Ensure rate parity across all channels.
- Monitor OTA performance and ranking.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory across all channels.
- Manage restrictions such as minimum stay, CTA, and CTD.
- Prevent overbookings and optimize availability.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
- Track KPIs including:
- Occupancy %
- ADR
- RevPAR
- Revenue by property
- Booking source mix
- Cancellation rate
- Lead time
- Present recommendations to management.
Strategy
- Create seasonal pricing plans.
- Plan strategies for weekends, holidays, festivals, and events.
- Identify opportunities to increase direct bookings.
- Work closely with Operations and Reservations teams.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
