Drive and oversee the maintenance of a multi-tenant ServiceNow platfrom blueprint, ensuring alignment with operational and engineering standards.
Resolve complex technical challenges by researching and proposing solutions, including debugging and troubleshooting production issues, while collaborating with internal teams.
Handle tickets from low to high priority and deliver timely technical support to resolve user issues and maintain system stability.
Comply with development standards while identifying and fixing software flaws, conducting regression testing to maintain system stability.
Manage data imports, exports, and transformations across Service Management Platforms while ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Create comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
Participate in all Scrum ceremonies and work as part of an adaptive DevOps team to ensure effective collaboration and continuous improvement.
Provide mentorship and promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
Contribute to the execution of the Platforms strategy, participating in strategic discussions, technology assessments and organizational initiatives.
Support a team of software engineers in the development of software products and solutions, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical support.
Assist in the professional growth and mentorship of team members through regular feedback, coaching, and career development planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of software projects.
Manage and monitor scrum, tasks, timelines, assignments, helping to prioritize and plan work to meet product goals and objectives
Support business continuity through shift coverage and on-call rotations, ensuring timely response to high-priority incidents and maintaining system availability.
5+ years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 2+ years of exposure and experience with Agile methodologies
Mandatory certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Preferred certification: ITIL v4 foundation, ServiceNow CSA, any additional ServiceNow Micro-Certifications will be considered as advantage
Prior experience with Scaled Agile frameworks will be considered strong advantage
Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
Woking knowledge and experience with software development methodologies and best practices: Scrum, Agile
Basic knowledge in 1 or more software languages
Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role
