Incentive Structure
The General Manager will be eligible for a monthly performance bonus upon achieving or exceeding management-approved revenue, occupancy, guest satisfaction, and profitability targets. Detailed KPI targets and incentive slabs will be discussed during the interview process and included in the employment offer.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
