POSITION DETAILS
Position Jewellery Operations Manager
Reporting To Directors
Work Location Marinelines, Mumbai
Years of Experience 4 to 5 Years
Qualification Bachelor’s in Commerce or Banking
Shift 11:00am – 20:00Pm
Salary Range 30k – 40k + Incentives

REQUISITE (SKILLS AND CORE COMPONENTS) Experience in B2B Order Management experience in gold jewellery industry Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good communication and inter-personal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail. Should be a critical thinker.RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and oversee daily operations of the company including productcataloguing, order fulfilment, logistics, inventory management (if any), and qualitycontrol. Work with suppliers and buyers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve anyissues. Participate with management in identifying and executing efficiency andproductivity initiatives. Work closely with other departments, such as accounting, sales and marketing, toensure that the company's operations support its overall business goals. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
