Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career options.
- Guide students through the admission and enrolment process.
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Conduct career counselling sessions and educational seminars.
- Maintain student records and update the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
- Achieve monthly admission targets while ensuring excellent student experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in an Educational Institution, College, University, Coaching Institute, or EdTech organization.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
Salary: Best in the Industry (Based on Experience)
