JOB TITLE: Customer Support Executive
DIVISION: The Mask Lab
REPORTING TO: Business Manager
LOCATION: Bhiwandi warehouse (Monday to Saturday)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Orders processing, sampling for customers, distributors and E-Commerce.
Full knowledge of working on Amazon seller portal- order processing, dispatch etc.
Get Amazon orders packed in coordination with Bhiwandi warehouse team.
Understand client needs and offering solutions.
Prepare and send information to prospective customers.
Medium call activity (30 - 50 calls per day)- call report to support sales team and distributors/ channel partners/Amazon /E commerce teams.
CRM system- customer account creation in system.
Set up qualified meetings on phone call for the regional sales team after exhibitions from that data base.
Follow up with clients/Amazon etc. teams for timely payment collection.
Carry out analysis of territories, markets and industries.
Wherever necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits and other events.
Make regular follow up calls to existing distributors / dealers and develop the business through up selling and cross selling over phone calls.
Back office operations and customer support service experience is must.
Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics of sales team Monday to Saturday all 6 days (9:00 am to 6:00 pm) working.
