Shantara Naturopathy Retreat is a premium wellness retreat launching in Kozhikode. We're a 60,000 sq. ft. facility on 4 acres with 52 luxury rooms and 2 specialty dining outlets, offering comprehensive wellness programs. Our positioning combines clinical wellness excellence with luxury hospitality standards.
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Housekeeping Staff to join our facility management team. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across assigned premises.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general housekeeping and cleaning of assigned premises.
Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces thoroughly.
Ensure washrooms and common areas are consistently clean and fully stocked.
Handle all cleaning equipment and chemical materials safely and correctly.
Maintain strict cleanliness standards as per company guidelines.
Promptly report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the facility supervisor.
Requirements
Proven ability to perform physical housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, but comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month
