Job Summary
Shree Ram and Co is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Dispatch Manager to oversee dispatch operations, logistics coordination, and timely delivery of industrial products. The candidate will be responsible for managing dispatch schedules, coordinating with transporters and warehouse staff, and ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams for order processing
- Prepare dispatch schedules and monitor shipment status
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and transport documents
- Coordinate with transport vendors and courier partners
- Ensure proper packaging, loading, and dispatch of goods
- Track deliveries and resolve dispatch-related issues promptly
- Maintain dispatch records, stock movement reports, and delivery documentation
- Monitor inventory availability for dispatch planning
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
- Optimize dispatch processes to improve efficiency and reduce delays
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or industrial operations
- Strong knowledge of dispatch documentation and transportation processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/software systems
- Ability to handle multiple dispatches and work under deadlines
- Knowledge of industrial trading operations is preferred
