Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and technically inclined Solution Sales Engineers to drive business growth in the Industrial IoT and Cold Chain Solutions segment across Mumbai, Bangalore, and Delhi.
The ideal candidate will understand customer operations, identify monitoring and automation challenges, and recommend IoT-based solutions that deliver measurable business value. This role combines technical consulting, customer engagement, and B2B solution selling.

- Develop new business opportunities in:

- Manufacturing & Industrial Facilities
- Understand customer challenges related to:
- Temperature & Humidity Monitoring
- Product Quality & Compliance
- Refrigeration System Performance
- Energy Management
- Remote Monitoring & Alerts
- Recommend Industrial IoT solutions including:
- Temperature & Humidity Monitoring
- Cold Storage Monitoring
- Refrigeration System Monitoring
- Energy Monitoring & Analytics
- Cloud Dashboards, Alerts & Reports
- Conduct customer visits, site surveys, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Coordinate with engineering, project, and support teams for successful project execution.
- Build strong relationships with Plant Heads, QA Teams, Maintenance Teams, Consultants, and Procurement professionals.
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and periodic reports.
- Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Production Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B technical sales, solution selling, industrial automation, instrumentation, HVAC, refrigeration, or Industrial IoT.

- Ability to understand industrial processes and customer pain points
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and site visits
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in Industrial IoT, Cold Chain, Refrigeration, HVAC, Energy Monitoring, Building Automation, Instrumentation, or Industrial Equipment Sales will be given preference.
