Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Salon Floor Manager to oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills and experience in the salon or beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day salon floor operations
- Supervise hairstylists, beauticians, and support staff
- Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Manage appointments, walk-ins, and service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon
- Monitor staff performance and attendance
- Upsell salon services and products
- Maintain stock, inventory, and product usage
- Ensure smooth coordination between reception and service team
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in salon/spa management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of salon services and products
- Ability to handle clients and team efficiently
- Basic computer knowledge (billing, appointments, etc.)
- Presentable and professional personality
