We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production lines, ensuring meeting targets, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of workers. As we have an urgent requirement, we are strictly looking for candidates who can join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning: Oversee daily production activities, set workflow schedules, and ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and guide production workers and machine operators on the shop floor.
- Quality Control: Ensure all finished goods meet quality standards and specifications; troubleshoot any production issues promptly.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations, company policies, and clean working habits (5S) across the production area.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of daily production output, raw material utilization, and equipment downtime.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 year of experience as a Production Supervisor or Line Leader in a manufacturing plant.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle shifts.
- Availability: Must be an immediate joiner (Notice period of 0–7 days max).
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Gross up to ₹17,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance).
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
- Schedule: Day shift / Rotational shift.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
