We are seeking a versatile Architect / Interior Designer with a strong eye for refined, minimalist aesthetics and luxury spaces. In this role, you will lead projects from the initial moodboard and space planning stages through to final technical drawings and site execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate client briefs into design concepts, material palettes, and moodboards.
- Develop Preliminary drawings, furniture layouts, and Working designs that balance minimalism with practical functionality.
- Create comprehensive 2D Woodwork Working drawings, electrical layouts, False ceiling layouts, plumbing layouts, and Furniture layouts
- Develop high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders using industry leading softwares to help clients visualize spaces before construction.
- Source and specify premium materials, fabrics, hardware, and lighting elements available in the local market
- Coordinate directly with vendors, craftsmen, and site engineers to ensure material specifications (such as groove depths, panel thicknesses, and finishes) are executed exactly as designed.
- Design Software: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion /3ds Max / V-Ray
- Aesthetic Sensitivity: A strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of modern minimalist luxury, contemporary, or refined boho design themes.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, coordinate with site supervisors, and maintain quality control on active project sites.
- Interpersonal Skills: Confidence in presenting design pitches to high-end clients and collaborating smoothly with an internal marketing and execution team.
Education & Qualifications
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Interior Design from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience handling residential and commercial interior projects from concept to handover.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
