Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
- M.Tech in Power Systems / Renewable Energy (Preferred)
Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in Solar EPC/Power Projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in utility-scale ground-mounted solar projects.
- Experience in handling multiple project sites simultaneously.
Job Purpose
The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the electrical execution of multiple solar project sites across Nagpur and nearby locations. The role involves planning, supervising installation, testing, commissioning, quality control, contractor management, and ensuring timely project completion while maintaining the highest safety and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical execution activities across multiple solar project sites.
- Monitor installation of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, switchgear, SCADA, earthing, and cable laying.
- Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Plan manpower deployment and supervise contractors, vendors, and site engineers.
- Conduct regular site visits to review project progress, quality, safety, and productivity.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, procurement, design, and commissioning teams.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Review Daily Progress Reports (DPR), MIS reports, and project documentation.
- Lead testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and grid synchronization activities.
- Ensure compliance with CEA, DISCOM, IEC, IS standards, and electrical safety regulations.
- Resolve technical issues during execution and provide engineering support to site teams.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, government authorities, and utility agencies.
- Verify contractor bills, material utilization, and work completion.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Mentor junior engineers and improve team performance.

Preferred Certifications
- Electrical Supervisor License.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
