Job Responsibilities
- Make and receive calls from patients in the United States.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and related information.
- Assist patients by answering their queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Update and maintain patient records in company systems.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive patient experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Telecalling, Voice Process, International BPO, Domestic BPO, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer support or healthcare processes.
- Ability to communicate confidently over phone calls.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
