Job Role:
- Call customers from existing database
- Generate leads and schedule follow-ups
- Explain company products/services over call
- Maintain daily calling records and updates
- Coordinate with sales team for qualified leads
- Build positive customer relationships
Requirements:
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
- Basic communication skills in Hindi
- Basic English speaking preferred
- Marathi speaking will be an added advantage
- Good confidence and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of mobile/computer
