Sales Manager – Township / Residential Plot Sales

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead residential township and plot sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and experience managing broker and channel partner networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Lead and mentor the direct sales team to improve productivity and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and channel partners.
- Develop sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Conduct site visits, project presentations, and customer meetings.
- Negotiate and close high-value sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, collections, and customer support.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- 6–10+ years of experience in real estate sales.
- Hands-on experience in township or residential plot sales.
- Proven experience in team management and channel sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of CRM tools and sales reporting.
