Key Responsibilities
- Manage client interactions and ensure smooth onboarding and servicing processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries efficiently.
- Maintain and update operational data using Excel.
- Prepare reports and dashboards using tools such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness in all operational tasks, assist in improving operational workflows and client experience
Requirements
- 4 / 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience and immediate joiner preferred.
- Strong communication skills, confident and professional approach towards client handling
- Interest in the insurance sector and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (especially Pivot Tables and Lookups)
Pay: Up to ₹230,000.00 per year
