Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Any Degree or Diploma
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle patient registrations, appointments, and billing support
- Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude
- Prior hospital or clinic reception experience is preferred but not mandatory
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors
- Register patients and schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Maintain patient records and update information
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments
- Handle billing-related documentation and front desk operations
