Project Manager – DDU-GKY 2.0
Location: Kozhikode, Kerala

Key Responsibilities:
* Overall management and implementation of DDU-GKY 2.0 project.
* Monitor training centre operations, targets and performance.
* Coordinate Centre Managers, Trainers, MIS, Mobilization, Quality and Placement teams.
* Ensure compliance with DDU-GKY guidelines, SOPs and documentation.
* Monitor enrolment, training, assessment, certification, placement and tracking.
* Review MIS, reports and project KPIs and ensure timely submissions.
* Coordinate with government authorities and project stakeholders.
* Conduct regular centre visits and resolve operational issues.
* Lead and monitor the project team to achieve targets and quality standards.
Requirements:
* Mandatory DDU-GKY experience.
* 3+ years of experience in DDU-GKY / skill development projects.
* Experience managing training centres and project teams.
* Good knowledge of DDU-GKY MIS, compliance and operational processes.
* Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
* Willingness to travel across Kerala.
Preference: Candidates with proven experience managing DDU-GKY projects/centres will be strongly preferred.
Pay: From ₹540,000.00 per year
