- Minimum 10th/12th Pass.
- Valid Heavy/Light Motor Vehicle Driving Licence (as applicable for ambulance operation).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Ambulance Driver or in a similar role.
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare facility is preferred.
- Safe and defensive driving skills.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
- Basic understanding of first aid and emergency response.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm during emergencies.
- Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
