Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at YES Germany's Bengaluru location. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, providing information about German education opportunities, scheduling meetings with consultants, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role involves working closely with the education consultant team to facilitate the admission process and student support services.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate information and build rapport over the phone
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Multitasking capabilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Language proficiency in English and German is a plus
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service roles is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in any field
