Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled US Recruiter with extensive experience in engineering and non-IT recruitment within the US market. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of successfully recruiting W2 candidates, demonstrating expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for diverse roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify, attract, and engage top talent for engineering and non-IT roles across various industries.
- Effectively recruit W2 candidates while ensuring compliance with US employment regulations.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance the employer brand.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and best hiring practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of proven experience in US recruitment.
- Expertise in recruiting for engineering roles and non-IT positions.
- Strong experience in hiring W2 candidates within compliance guidelines.
- Having experience working with John Deere as a client will be an added advantage.
- Excellent sourcing techniques using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- A proactive and strategic mindset with a focus on delivering results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in agency or corporate recruiting with the clients in the US market, preferably with John Deere.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to W2 hiring.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
