Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Couple Coordinator to support and guide patients throughout their fertility treatment journey. The candidate will be responsible for patient coordination, consultation support, appointment scheduling, and maintaining effective communication between patients and doctors.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist couples during consultations and treatment procedures.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up consultations.
- Maintain patient records and documentation accurately.
- Explain treatment processes and provide proper guidance to patients.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff for smooth patient management.
- Handle patient queries and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Provide emotional support and professional communication to patients.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: BHMS / BEMS
