We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convince customers over phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers through phone calls
- Explain company products and services clearly
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Follow up with customers regularly
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/data sheets
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Coordinate with the sales team and management
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently
- Sales or telecalling experience is preferred
