About the Role
Servedge Private Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Operations Manager to support and manage the company's facility management, housekeeping, deep cleaning, and manpower supply operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational execution, effective manpower management, client satisfaction, and compliance with company standards across all sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational activities across client locations.
- Coordinate manpower deployment and replacement arrangements.
- Supervise site supervisors and operational staff.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational inspections.
- Ensure quality service delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Handle client requirements, complaints, and service escalations.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and employee welfare matters.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of equipment, materials, and PPE.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Investigate operational incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Support business growth through effective client relationship management.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations, Facility Management, Housekeeping, Hospitality, or Manpower Supply Industry.
- Experience in handling multiple client sites and workforce management.
