We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in the travel and tourism industry, particularly in B2B & B2C sales, telesales, lead follow-up, client relationship management, and travel package quotations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B and B2C sales opportunities through calls, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual customers, travel agents, and corporate clients.
- Prepare accurate and competitive travel quotations and customized holiday packages.
- Negotiate with clients and close sales to achieve monthly revenue and booking targets.
- Coordinate with our operations team to ensure smooth tour execution.
- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer support.
- Maintain customer records and regularly update the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call, follow-up, and sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Tours & Travel industry or Sales
- Proven experience in telesales, lead generation, follow-up, and target-driven sales.
- Strong skills in quotation preparation, negotiation, and closing sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Local candidates from Trivandrum are preferred.
