IAM Analyst / SailPoint IIQ Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated IAM Analyst / SailPoint IIQ Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
The role involves supporting IAM operations, access governance, reporting, automation, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring security and compliance standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support IAM operations using SailPoint IIQ or other IAM platforms
- Handle user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews
- Work with ServiceNow for ticket handling and workflow management
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI and MS Excel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve access-related issues
- Participate in IAM audits, compliance checks, and governance activities
- Analyze security and operational data for process improvements
- Support automation initiatives using Python (preferred)
- Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ (or any IAM platform)
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow
- Experience with Power BI
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of Python is an added advantage
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field

- Experience in Identity & Access Management processes
- Exposure to access governance and compliance activities
- Ability to work in rotational or dynamic support environments
- Quick learner with problem-solving attitude
