Responsibilities:
* Handle enquiries via WhatsApp,
Instagram & Email.
* Strong communication in English
& Malayalam.
* Make order confirmation calls.
* Basic computer proficiency.
* Manage returns and exchanges.
* Process & update orders in Shopify.
* Experience in customer support or ecommerce is a plus.
* Support day-to-day ecommerce operations.
Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
