We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy Graphic Designer who lives and breathes social media. If you're someone who instinctively knows what's trending on YouTube and Instagram, understands what makes people stop scrolling, and can create high-performing thumbnails and social media creatives, we'd love to have you on our team.
You'll work closely with the content, production, and marketing teams to create visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity while staying fresh, relevant, and performance-driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging creatives for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Create high-converting YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks while maintaining brand consistency.
- Design social media posts, carousels, banners, promotional creatives, pitch decks, and marketing collateral.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media aesthetics, and YouTube thumbnail styles, and translate them into our brand's visual language.
- Collaborate with content creators, editors, and marketing teams to develop campaign creatives that are both visually appealing and strategically effective.
- Maintain consistency across all brand assets while adapting designs to suit different campaigns and audiences.
- Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for content launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a media, digital marketing, or content production environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- Basic knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Figma is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, branding, and visual storytelling.
- A strong portfolio showcasing YouTube thumbnails, social media creatives, branding, and digital campaigns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing creative requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,545.54 per month
