Job Description: Junior Architect (Document Review & Verification)
As an Junior Architect specializing in drawing verification, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between design intent and on-site execution. You aren’t just "checking boxes"; you are the gatekeeper of quality, ensuring that every line, measurement, and specification aligns with the company’s standards, local building codes, and project budgets.
Core Responsibilities
- Drawing Review & Auditing: Conduct thorough technical audits of Architectural, Structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and Landscape drawings submitted by external consultants.
- Conflict Resolution (Clash Detection): Identify discrepancies between different sets of drawings (e.g., ensuring a structural column doesn't interfere with an AC duct or a doorway).
- Statutory Compliance: Verify that all designs adhere to local municipal norms, FSI/FAR regulations, and fire safety codes.
- On-Site Verification: Periodically visit construction sites to ensure that the work being executed matches the "Good for Construction" (GFC) drawings.
- RFI Management: Process "Requests for Information" from the site team and coordinate with senior architects or consultants to provide clarifications.
- Version Control: Maintain a rigorous digital and physical filing system to ensure the site team is always working from the latest revised drawings.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
