About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Sales Manager with experience in STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) and ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) sales. The ideal candidate should have strong business development skills, industry connections, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage client meetings, proposals, and negotiations.
- Build relationships with builders, consultants, contractors, industries, and institutional clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in STP/ETP sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage sales activities and client relationships.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Salary
₹27,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Higher salary may be offered to exceptional candidates based on experience, industry expertise, and interview performance.
