Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Sr. Developer / Tech Lead with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM, custom application development, Workspaces, and integrations.
Required Skills
✅ 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
✅ Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) (Mandatory).
✅ Experience building and customizing ServiceNow Workspaces.
✅ Strong experience in Custom Application Development on ServiceNow.
✅ Solid understanding of ServiceNow Integration Frameworks.
✅ Hands-on experience with:
Scripted REST APIs
REST Messages
SOAP Messages
Integration Hub
✅ Experience with authentication methods:
OAuth
Basic Authentication
✅ Good understanding of ServiceNow Data Models and Relational Tables.
✅ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
