We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional to support business development initiatives while also providing executive and operational assistance. Responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and converting leads into long-term customers across both business and consumer markets. Provides high-level administrative, organizational, and coordination support to CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations and communication.
The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to the healthcare sector, with experience in Ayurveda, Unani, AYUSH, Nutraceuticals, or Pharma considered a strong advantage.(Domestic & International exp would be a plus).
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Functions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B & B2C)
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and distributors
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials
- Support negotiations and follow-ups with prospective clients
- Track sales pipeline and maintain CRM records
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Executive Assistant / Coordination Functions
- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Handle professional correspondence, emails, and follow-ups
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
- Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintain organized records and confidential information
- Assist leadership in day-to-day operational tasks
- Support business meetings, calls, and events
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years (mandatory)
- Industry Exposure: Healthcare background preferred( Domestic & International).
- Added Advantage: Experience in Ayurveda / Unani / AYUSH / Nutraceuticals / Pharma
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in client handling or sales support
- Comfortable interacting with medical professionals, distributors, or healthcare partners
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Professional and presentable demeanour.
