Job Description:
CSR (Customer Support Representative - Level 1)::
-Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Computer systems domain is preferred.
-Possess basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of MS tools.
-Provide product support as per the standard guidelines.
-Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
-Experience with CCTV surveillance systems will be a plus
