Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and technically sound Site Engineer for execution, installation, commissioning, and supervision of Water & Wastewater Treatment Projects including ETP, STP, WTP, UF, and RO systems. The candidate should be capable of handling site activities, coordinating with clients/vendors, and ensuring smooth project execution within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation and commissioning of ETP/STP/WTP/RO plants.
- Handle piping, equipment erection, and utility connections at site.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor daily site activities and maintain progress reports.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Troubleshoot operational and process-related issues during commissioning.
- Manage manpower and ensure proper safety practices at site.
- Conduct trial runs and support plant handover activities.
- Prepare site documentation, checklists, and reports.
- Ensure project completion within scheduled timelines.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of ETP, STP, WTP, UF, and RO systems.
- Understanding of pumps, blowers, filters, dosing systems, piping, and valves.
- Ability to read P&ID drawings and technical layouts.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems preferred.
- Willingness to travel for site work.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Civil, or related Engineering field.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in water or wastewater treatment projects.
- Hands-on experience in plant erection and commissioning.
- Problem-solving attitude with good site management skills.
