Position: Project Coordinator cum Office Administrator

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce, Management, Engineering, Architecture, or any other relevant discipline.
- MBA (Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing, or Project Management) will be preferred.
- B.Tech (Civil Engineering or related disciplines) and Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) candidates are also encouraged to apply.
Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, office administration, or project management.
- Experience in an architectural, engineering, construction, or project management consultancy firm will be an added advantage.
- Fresh MBA graduates with exceptional organizational and communication skills may also be considered.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Malayalam is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with project tracking tools, ERP systems, or project management software is desirable.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Strong documentation, record management, and reporting skills.
- Ability to prepare meeting minutes (MOM), maintain project schedules, and follow up on action items.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while handling multiple projects and deadlines.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities between architects, engineers, clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Track project progress, maintain schedules, and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.
- Prepare project reports, meeting agendas, Minutes of Meetings (MOM), and status updates.
- Maintain project documentation, correspondence, contracts, and filing systems.
- Assist management in project planning, resource coordination, and administrative functions.
- Manage office administration, procurement coordination, travel arrangements, and general office operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, statutory authorities, and government departments whenever required.
- Support the management team in preparing presentations, proposals, quotations, and other business documents.
- Ensure effective communication across departments to facilitate smooth project execution.
