Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in operations or management are an advantage.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in operations, customer service, hospitality, retail, facility management, or related fields.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
