We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our Bancassurance team. The candidate will be responsible for driving life insurance sales through assigned bank branches, building strong relationships with bank staff, and providing financial protection solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities
#Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches.
#Develop and maintain strong relationships with branch managers and bank employees.
#Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
#Conduct customer meetings and sales presentations.
#Train and support bank staff on insurance products and sales processes.
#Ensure smooth policy issuance and customer servicing.
Eligibility
#Graduate in any discipline.
#1–5 years of experience in Sales, Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services.
#Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
#Good communication and interpersonal skills.
