Oversees the end-to-end logistics of power transmission and telecom towers . Core duties include optimizing transportation planning, managing inventory, and generating dispatch documents, all while coordinating with fabrication, galvanizing, and logistics teams to ensure the timely, safe, and accurate delivery of heavy materials.
✦ Core Logistics & Dispatch Operations:
Material Tracking: Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) and track raw materials to ensure they are ready for shipping .
Scheduling & Routing: Coordinate with truck fleets and drivers to assign delivery schedules and maintain optimal routing for heavy tower components.
Documentation: Prepare critical dispatch documents such as delivery challans, e-way bills, commercial invoices, and packing lists .
Loading Supervision: Oversee the safe loading and unloading of manufactured towers to prevent structural damage and ensure cargo limits are respected.
✦ Cross-Functional Coordination:
Factory Alignment: Work closely with shop floor managers, welding, and galvanizing teams to align dispatch schedules with production output.
Transport Teams: Communicate regularly with transport vendors and logistics managers to resolve delays and expedite urgent site deliveries.
✦ Reporting & Inventory Control:
- Inventory Management: Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory and stock records, conducting verification and reconciliation .
- PPC Updates: Update Production Planning and Control (PPC) systems and utilize Microsoft Excel to track dispatch status.
- KPI Tracking: Develop performance reports to reduce transportation costs and assess team efficiency.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
