Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Commercial Executive – Contracts & Payroll to manage client agreements, payroll processing, billing, and commercial documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling contracts, preparing invoices, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
Contracts & Documentation
- Prepare, review, and maintain client agreements, work orders, addendums, and other commercial documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for contract-related requirements.
- Ensure agreements are aligned with company policies and commercial terms.
- Maintain proper records of contracts and related documentation.
Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll for employees accurately and on time.
- Verify attendance, salary inputs, deductions, and other payroll-related details.
- Coordinate with HR and operations teams for employee data management.
- Maintain payroll records and reports.
Billing & Client Coordination
- Prepare monthly invoices for clients based on contracts and deployed manpower.
- Coordinate with clients for invoice submission, queries, and corrections.
- Maintain billing trackers and follow up for pending documentation.
- Support timely collection of billing-related information.
Insurance & Compliance Support
- Coordinate renewal and documentation of employee insurance, workmen compensation policies, vehicle insurance, and other required covers.
- Maintain compliance-related records and documents.
Administration & IT Support
- Manage basic office administration activities such as stationery and material requirements.
- Coordinate for basic computer, printer, and software-related issues.
- Support smooth day-to-day office operations.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and documentation.
- Experience in payroll processing and billing.
- Good understanding of contracts and commercial terms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills for client coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in facility management, manpower outsourcing, payroll processing, or service industry will be preferred.
- Candidate should be capable of independently handling commercial operations with minimum supervision.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
