About the Role
We are looking for energetic, confident and fashion-conscious Fashion & Fragrance Promotion Interns to support the promotion of our fashion, perfume and lifestyle brands across Bangalore.
This is a highly interactive role suited to candidates who enjoy fashion, fragrances, social media, events, customer interaction and brand promotion.
You will work directly with our team to introduce products to customers, participate in promotional activities, create social-media content and help build awareness of our brands across retail, events, colleges, exhibitions and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent and promote our fashion, fragrance and lifestyle products.
- Introduce customers to different perfumes, fragrance profiles and fashion collections.
- Explain product stories, ingredients, styles and key selling points.
- Engage potential customers at events, exhibitions, malls, pop-ups and promotional activities.
- Support perfume sampling and product demonstrations.
- Assist customers in selecting fragrances and fashion products suited to their preferences.
- Participate in product launches, promotional campaigns and brand events.
- Create simple Instagram Reels, Stories, product videos and lifestyle content.
- Participate in fashion and fragrance photoshoots where mutually agreed.
- Help develop creative ideas for social-media campaigns and product promotions.
- Engage with influencers, creators, students, fashion communities and potential customers.
- Collect customer feedback and understand emerging fashion and fragrance trends.
- Support online enquiries and social-commerce activities.
- Help the business identify potential retail, reseller and promotional opportunities in Bangalore.
Who We Are Looking For
We are interested in candidates who are:
- Interested in fashion, perfumes, beauty, luxury or lifestyle brands.
- Confident communicating with new people.
- Presentable, professional and comfortable representing a consumer brand.
- Comfortable speaking in English; Kannada and Hindi would be an advantage.
- Active or familiar with Instagram and other social-media platforms.
- Creative and interested in developing content.
- Willing to attend promotional events around Bangalore.
- Enthusiastic about learning sales, marketing and brand building.
- Positive, energetic and comfortable working as part of a young entrepreneurial team.
No previous professional experience is required.

Compensation
Internship Stipend: Based on experience and level of involvement.
