We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Control Panel Electrician to join our growing automation team. In this role, you will be responsible for wiring, assembling, and testing electrical control panels used in advanced automation assembly lines.

Key Responsibilities Panel Wiring & Assembly: Lay out, mount, and wire electrical components inside control panels (including PLCs, VFDs, contactors, relays, power supplies, and terminal blocks) based on schematic drawings. Reading Electrical Layouts: Interpret and follow electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and wiring diagrams (such as AutoCAD or EPLAN layouts). Assembly Line Integration: Route, terminate, and dress cables neatly from control panels to sensors, actuators, and motors on the automation assembly line. Quality & Testing: Perform continuity checks, insulation tests, and point-to-point wiring verification before power-up. Assist commissioning engineers during final testing. Troubleshooting: Identify and rectify wiring errors, faulty components, or electrical faults during assembly and testing phases. Safety & Standards: Ensure all electrical work complies with industrial safety standards, panel building codes, and neat workmanship practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering. Experience: [Insert Number, e.g., 2–5 years] of hands-on experience in industrial control panel wiring and automation systems. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial switchgear, PLC hardware architecture, and control circuit logic. Tools: Proficiency in using electrical hand tools, crimping tools, ferruling machines, and measuring instruments (multimeters, megger). Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain clean, organized wire dressing, precise component labeling, and exact adherence to schematics. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Familiarity with major automation brands (e.g., Schneider Electric, Siemens). Basic understanding of variable frequency drives (VFDs) and motor control circuits. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment to meet project timelines. J
