Job Purpose
To deliver exceptional volume and revenue performance by acquiring and engaging with DBS Treasures Private HNI clients with a total relationship value of INR 6 Cr and above. The role requires an experienced wealth management professional with strong leadership capabilities, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to drive both individual and team performance. This is a revenue-generating role carrying individual business targets while leading a high-performing team of wealth professionals.
Key Accountabilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales, revenue, and AUM growth targets for the Treasures Private Client segment.
- Drive acquisition and deepening of Ultra-HNI and HNI client relationships with Total Relationship Value (TRV) of INR 6 Cr and above.
- Ensure effective implementation and execution of relationship management and investment advisory strategies.
- Maintain an optimal product mix across investments, insurance, deposits, and lending solutions.
- Monitor business performance and ensure achievement of customer experience, sales growth, revenue, employee engagement, and risk management objectives.
- Drive a balanced strategy between New-to-Bank client acquisition and wallet share expansion of existing clients.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Drive service excellence through implementation of customer-centric service standards aligned to DBS benchmarks.
Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and operational risk standards.

Job Duties & Requirements
- Acquire and grow relationships with promoters, family offices, business owners, and HNI/UHNI clients to enhance overall AUM and revenue.
- Lead the team in identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new wealth clients while strengthening existing relationships.
- Utilize financial planning and investment expertise to provide holistic wealth solutions in partnership with Research and Advisory teams.
- Ensure complete understanding of all wealth management products, services, and market developments.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and recommendations for product and service enhancements.
- Drive business development initiatives and build strong relationships with key clients and local market influencers.
- Lead, motivate, and manage team performance through coaching, development planning, and succession management.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints, acting as an escalation point when required.
- Support product specialists and sales teams in promoting wealth and corporate banking solutions.
- Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, compliance, and operational risk management requirements.
- Strengthen DBS’s position as a leading wealth management provider through client engagement, market visibility, and brand-building initiatives.
- Stay updated on financial markets, economic trends, and investment opportunities to provide informed advice to clients.
Facilitate the distribution of investment and insurance products, ensuring suitability based on client risk profiles and financial objectives.

Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in HNI Sales, Wealth Management, or Private Banking.
- Proven experience managing an investment book of at least INR 200 Cr.
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership or team management experience.
- Strong network within corporate promoter groups, family offices, distributors, and affluent client segments.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire and manage large wealth relationships.
- Sound understanding of financial planning, investment products, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
- Strong knowledge of market trends, competition, and wealth advisory practices.
AMFI and/or IRDA certification preferred.

MBA, CA, or equivalent qualification from a premier institute.

- Lead and manage a team of Treasures Private Client Relationship Managers.
- Collaborate closely with Branch teams, Product Specialists, Operations, and Service teams.
- Work with Research and Advisory teams to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.
