Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Science, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of field sales or business development experience (experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or retail pharma is highly preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, field-intensive environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of local language and ability to travel extensively.
