- Open and close the store, manage billing and cash registers, and ensure the shop floor remains clean and organized.
- Supervise sales clerks, assign shift schedules, train new hires, and monitor team performance.
- Track stock levels, inspect incoming deliveries, prevent shrinkage or pilferage, and reorder products when needed.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
