Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Telecaller cum Receptionist who will be responsible for handling student enquiries, managing the front desk, and supporting the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Similar responsibilities are commonly expected in education institutes for front-office and admission support roles.
Key Responsibilities
Telecalling
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Contact prospective students generated through online and offline marketing campaigns.
Explain courses, fees, batches, certifications, and career opportunities.
Follow up regularly with leads to convert enquiries into admissions.
Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
Maintain daily call reports and update CRM/Excel records.
Achieve monthly admission and follow-up targets.
Reception & Front Desk
Welcome students, parents, and visitors professionally.
Manage walk-in enquiries and provide accurate course information.
Maintain visitor records and enquiry registers.
Coordinate appointments with counsellors and faculty.
Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.
Handle incoming emails and WhatsApp enquiries promptly.
Administrative Support
Assist in admission documentation and student registrations.
Maintain student records and files.
Coordinate with faculty regarding class schedules and student attendance.
Support branch operations and basic office administration.
Prepare daily enquiry and admission reports.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
