Job Description – Factory Admin
Location: Kamali, Parwanoo, Solan

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day factory administrative activities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation.
- Coordinate with HR, production, security, and other departments.
- Handle employee facilities like transport, canteen, housekeeping, and general requirements.
- Maintain office records, files, and reports.
- Manage vendor coordination and administrative purchases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety rules.
- Prepare daily/weekly administrative reports.
- Handle employee queries and provide support.
Qualification & Skills:
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems.
