SAP SD Consultant
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 7+ Years
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant (7+yrs) with strong expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and cross-functional integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Sales Order Management, including quotations, contracts, and order processing
- Configure and handle Pricing Procedures, discounts, taxes, and condition techniques
- Oversee Shipping & Delivery processes (picking, packing, goods issue)
- Execute Billing processes, including invoice generation and FI integration
- Maintain and manage Master Data (Customer, Material, Condition Records)
- Work on Credit Management and integration with FSCM
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into SAP solutions
- Ensure smooth integration with cross-functional modules (MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Configure and support core SAP SD processes including Order-to-Cash (OTC), pricing, billing, delivery, credit management, and returns.
- Work on enhancements, custom developments, and integration points with MM, FI, PP, and GTS.
- Analyze business requirements, design solutions, prepare functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams.
- Resolve incidents, manage change requests, and provide ongoing production support.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
